Changelog for Dungeon Dash, and about time too (probably should have done this ages ago but whatever)

Changes to Dungeon Dash will be posted in this thread with the new versions that are made, of course for the sake of not spoiling the game some changes will be pretty vague.

Changes made for the beta starting on the 17th of Feburary 2018:
-Added a tough new enemy, watch out.
-Added a fancy new room! Glorious loot awaits.
-Probably fixed some stuff too.

Changes from previous post up to the 8th March 2018.

Features:
-Soldier, Mage and Chef classes unique thrown items are now replaced with a barrier after use. This reserves the slot in your hotbar and prevents the item ending up in the depths of your inventory when you use the ability to reload.
-Hunter Class now has unlimited arrows regardless of which bow is being used.
-Chef class's profiterols will now given to the player on ability use even if they still had some left. The amount given is such that the number of profiterols after ability use is always 4.
-Functions for dealing damage to stuff! Oohh Ahhh!!! (Absolutely no visible change whatsoever)

Changes:
-Removed Monster Info maps from high quality loot chests, they are now only found in generic loot chests (the ones with arrows and nuggets and bread in them) which should make it less dissapointing to find something useless. Also rarer now, and just as you were wanting to collect them!

Fixes:
-Plugged some holes in the dungeon walls.
-Fixed Apophis's interaction with the Mage's Freeze Bomb.
-Fixed some enemies spawning in the floor.
-Removed elytra.
-Fixed issue where some rooms would generate incorrectly, leaving the possibility for incompleteable runs.

Fixes? Maybe:
-Altered generation in an attempt to prevent pits appearing in some rooms. May work, may not.

Changelog from previous post up until March 15th, for the open beta from the 16th to the 19th.

Features:
-3 brand new relic items added! These are... well, quite powerful would be a massive understatement. See what you find.
-Advancements that make sense now there is more than one boss.
-Advancement for obtaining a monster info. I told you you'd want to collect them!

Changes:
-Moved some advancements around.
-Made the lobby barrier wall higher so you lot can't climb over it and go press buttons you're not meant to.

Fixes:
-Zedwick has made a workaround for people being disconnected while downloading the resource pack. The pack is back!!!

Changelog from 19th of March to the 29th of March, for the open beta from the 30th of March to the 2nd of April.

Features:
-Shop villagers (and some other villagers in the dungeon) now have useful trades.
-Another hint for Ripper's boss fight to help with it being quite un-intuative.
-Monster Info maps are now more than just pretty pictures that you'll immediatly discard.
-New lobby advancement statues for each boss, rather than just ripper.

Changes:
-Apophis boss battle has been changed significantly. This was done to prevent Apophis going into the corridor where he behaves badly and could even escape the map entirely.

Fixes:
-Fixed Apophis being able to escape the dungeon. Yes I know this is technically the same point as the one before, but I thought it was so important it was worth mentioning twice!

Changes from the 30th of March to the 5th of April, for the release on the 6th of April.
Yes, I said release. This is after nearly 2 years of development, and finally it is going to be hostable.
There will be a free hosting weekend on the weekend of the 14th of April.

Features:
-A new room to find! Try not to be killed horribly by it.

Changes:
-Shop villagers now buy Resurrection Relics for 8 gold nuggets each, making them not entirely useless in solo play.

Fixes:
-Fixed a possible visible command block that could sometimes be found in the spider room at the end of the 3rd floor.
-Fixed Stonefaces in one room can open the next room, cutting out a large number of rooms in a floor.
-Fixed an issue with a room that could cause the next room to not be opened, making the dungeon incompletable.

Changes on the 10th of May 2018

A few fixes were made in this version since release after a few issues were found. Gone now!

Fixes:
-Closed off back of a piston trap.
-Final/Boss floor now places Mimics and Class Upgrade Alters correctly.
-Fixed fall damage negation in Apophis boss fight not working.
-Fixed something broken somewhere nobody has found yet.

Very small update as I found a very exploitable exploit in Chef Class which needed fixing before anyone else found it.

Fixes:
Fixed Chef Class exploit enabling unlimited healing profiteroles.

Changes on the 22nd of June 2018

This update to dungeon dash brings a selection of new features to the game! Search the dungeon for clues as to the fate of a deceased adventurer and his class equipment, to use these weapons for yourself, as theWitch Class. Battle the hoards of the Cult of Undeath, who now have Cult Healers to bring to the table which will heal cultists nearby. Make sure you get rid of the Healers quickly... In addition, new locations have appeared in the dungeon and may be encountered. Initial investigations show that these contain swords of incredible power.

Ripper also appears to have changed his behavior to better combat the strategies used against it. Be on your toes...

Features:
-New Class - Witch
-Witch Class is unlockable, you will need to search the dungeon for clues
as to how to access it. The class is easily the most versitile in the game, capable of setting up to do healing, damage dealing, supporting teammates with positive status effects or debuffing enemies. The experience bottles in the hotbar (Potent Brews) are made into throwable grenades the effects of which depend on what monsters have been hit with the ability. Different effects are obtained from different mobs, and you can have up to 3 effects at once or 4 with a class upgrade.
-New enemy - Cult Healer, providing healing support to nearby cultists.
-New rooms, with amazing new loot items! You can now obtain the Diamond Titan Sword which recharges your ability when attacking, and the Hell Sword which has incredible raw damage, but gives a strong hunger effect when held.
-Recource pack upgrades including altered map border to improve the look of the Monster Infos, and a custom model/texture for the Class Upgrade Alter.

Changes:
-Ripper has some new tricks up his sleeves. Watch out!
-Apophis spawns with fewer cultists present.

Fixes:
-Runs no longer end if all players disconnect at once. This could happen during the 7am connection server reboot before, ending runs.
-Fixed attributes on 3rd floor Whirlwind Blade (+Attack speed sword) where they would have two attack speed attributes stacking to produce a weapon that hit far faster than it should have done. Turns out these were extremely overpowered, and nobody noticed.
-Fixed a paticular stoneface not ever spawning.
-Fixed a very rare bug in something nobody has found yet. Amazed I found this.

Changes on the 28th of June 2018.

Small bugfix update this time, with some bugfixes for issues that were found or reported. Also fixed the long standing bug with loot chests sometimes being empty on the first floor.

Fixes:
-Fixed empty loot chests appearing near ladders on the first floor.
-Fixed class select when changing from Soldier to Berserker did not change class.
-Fixed exploit involving the new class while in the lobby.

Changes on the 4th of August 2018

Another bugfix update to fix some issues which have been found.

Fixes:
-Fixed an issue where you could prevent the dungeon generating by dying while it is running.
-Blocked access to chests in the airship which could be used to store items between runs.
