[LVS] Council Pre-Meeting Agenda (19/5/2018)

I agree this could use an update, for clarity sake. I believe the bulk apology system could also be streamlined, possibly adding in a section in meeting notes stating a bulk apology was invoked, and was set to terminate in x meetings. Not to go too far off the beaten path here, but I feel like it is another one that could use a wording/protocol update.

(...Maybe add it so if there is no need for it to continue they can call the bulk apology off? IDK. May be a bit much.)

Hey all.

Still busy with life stuff for this meeting. (Exams are so much fun... )

I am sorry that I am missing all of these meetings, I'm aware that I am effectively taking up a seat at the council table. However, exams finish soon, so I should be able to be more active in June. However, my June calendar is filling up, and my early July one is already completely full (I won't be on whatsoever in early July,don't prank me pls D=). I'll make an effort to keep up with everything server-wise.

Sounds completely logical and reasonable to me. Wording looks fine to me.

Aye, that bit seems a bit much. I returned early after the bulk apology I had to give. Whoever was taking notes appeared to effectively cancel my bulk apology by marking me present anyway.

As for the streamlining, I believe I have a solution. Remind me to show you when I'm on.

Soopr sorry, I will not be able to make the meeting this week. My grandpa’s house just finished getting rebuilt after getting flooded, so we’re having a house warming party for him.
