As per new regulations, below proposals which required a voting decision have been placed here (after wording was agreed). These will be voted on at the next meeting.

First item, Elderz - The five longest serving members (by order of the wiki page) present in the meeting form the Elders- they are empowered to maintain order, and are authorised to hand out strikes if there are violations of the code of conduct

Second item, Co-Hosts - Any member hosting a meeting can choose a co-host, to assist them in the running of the meeting. New members are encouraged to select a co-host to offer guidance during their first meeting. If a new member states a preference for a co-host, the Host of the meeting should gain a volunteer from members present

Other business:
-Zed has challenged us to find a place to build a dining hall for the Zedwork Christmas dinner, which LVS is hosting this year. Needs to fit LVS/ZZ attendees (~40 people), complete with kitchen and stage.
-Second Activity Check on Aravero will be performed, and if there is no change the election process shall be instigated for a new River Bend mayor.

I 'may' be unable to attend the meeting tomorrow. I will offer my apology in advance, but still I hold out hope to make it back home in time to log my consciousness into LVS.

If the question of KhasOrn being offered the title of Supreme Khonstable of LVS at the meeting (just when I happen to be absent) I would like to khast my vote of "AYE!" and leave it here...hey, you never know.

Nay for Elderz proposal. While I agree with the general idea I do not think this is a good way of going about it. 5 longest serving members pool is mostly static and occasionally will allow down a bit furthur to be an Elderz. It also gives little hope of a newish member to ever attain this position even if they would be very suited to it. I would suggest a time based cut-off. Say 1 year from current date, for example.

Aye for Co-Hostz. This has happened ad-hoc a number of times and generally been helpful, making it defined as a thing we do is good as hopefully it'll happen more often.

I second the motion to give KhasOrn the title of Supreme Khonstable, The ZPD needs people like him.

I'm afraid I won't be able to make this meeting. At the last second my mother wanted to go shopping for Christmas related things today and the order of events means I will just barely miss the meeting, possibly making the very end of it (depending on how the meeting goes). Sorry!

Also, although I can't make it, I'd like someone to mention the end pillars being messed up. Apparently a 1.14 bug causes this, and we'll have an ugly end island for a little while. I've removed the lava and left them in a shulker box on the main end island because it causes a real mess with the lava there. Please note this bug is fixed in 1.15, and should be sorted out when we update the server. The date of 1.15's official release is stated to be on December 10th, but no guarantee when the server updates. Hope this clears up some confusion!

Hello all, I am continuing the trend and saying I am unable to make this meeting. Stuck in traffic miles from home with no end in sight.

I would like to suggest the council consider moving the vote on these proposals as a lot of people are away and have not voted due to last minute plan changes.

Busy week for me, not gonna make it unfortunately. I thought I would make it tonight, but another thing has cropped up unexpectedly.

If the council decides to vote on the items in the first post...
Item 1: Nay (Vaguely similar reason for item 2. Also I don't want to always hold power and authority at a meeting; as I'm the longest serving council member I would always be an Elder if I turned up...)
Item 2: Abstain (I'm not fussed about this, I just think the council should be responsible and help a host out, even if they are new or not. It's not difficult to lend a helping hand.)
