Building suggestions?

I want to get back to playing on the server on a regular basis but I often find myself getting bored.
Can anyone suggest what I can build/do on the server to occupy myself?

maybe try building a big stucture from a fav movie.Like Lord Of The Rings or any other major building

Not really a movie guy and anything I'd like to build from a favourite show/movie would be out of reach.

I've been thinking about building statues to act as landmarks. Sky islands are always cool, and are not limited to the usual floating pieces of land. Flying fortresses or space observatories are also cool, as are giant hedge mazes. If you can get a 2-D sprite model off the internet you can use colored wool to recreate it in-game.

I like the idea of the floating island, I might try it out.
Maybe try and make (I think it's called Angel Island) from Sonic Adventure DX, the one that hold the master emerald.
