If i come on with Forge installed, with a few mods (Only for single player) Using OptiFine for Multiplayer, i shouldn't be banned should i? I may come on without turning the other mods from single player, just to clarify, i won't be using any Mods inside of zedwork like TooManyItems or anything. So if i do come on by accident with them please tell me cause i may not recognise that i've got them on -.- - Doesnt matter now Forge isn't working.

Hello there Calzah. I don't think that going on Zedwork with mods installed will get you banned, only if you use them. Just try not to have them working while you are on the server(s) then you should be fine .
