[Zz] How to name a region post?

How does a zesty subscriber rename a region post? I seem to remember someone saying in chat that you can request a daily rename token, but I don't remember the details. Specifically, I would like to rename PulsaterII's home region (-16200, 10200) to FarPlains.

My apologies if this has already been answered on the forum or the Zedwiki. If so, just a link will suffice as an answer.

It's not actually documented anywhere, though it certainly should be.

You must ask a Guardian to name it for you, who would then check the area to see who else might be living there who might take issue with the name change. You get to name up to one region post per month.

I'll check with PulsaterII that the name is okay with them, and then will name it for you
