[LVS] Council Pre-Meeting Agenda - 30th June

I hate to do this again, but I am afraid I will have to miss this next coming meeting. I will be traveling to see a very close friend of mine who I seldom get to see. Hope the meeting goes soopr well!!

@Khasorn, hey buddy, glad you're ready to go with the wiki page, I have some time this weekend both before and after the meeting where you and I can set up the wiki page together. Probably doesn't need council involvement! Once it's done, announcing it at the council would be a good way to go
