Overground rail in extreme hills:
We discussed the railway at extreme hills warp. It is agreed that is should be preserved and connected to the new station next to the warp, Extreme Hills Central.

World Reset:
Zedwick is not apposed to a world reset, but would need a good reason for doing so, like terrain generation changes in a future minecraft update.

Christmas Event:
The area next to the melon cathedral will be turned into a winter wonderland. Suzie will lead the build. The rest of spawn may also be decorated, and snow golems have been released to make it snowy.

Mooshrooms at Spawn:
Suzie suggests releasing mooshrooms at spawn. It is briefly discussed and decided that they would be killed quickly.

End Portal Room:
The end portal room will be decorated to make it look better. SneakySkeleton21, DannyC96, Gemini7099 and Bartman51 have begun work.

Reboots:
Gemini asks if reboots need to be every 2 hours. Zedwick says he will reduce thier frequency if he thinks the server can cope, which it cannot at the moment due to issues with 1.8.

Elections for Warp Town Mayors:
Postponed until next meeting due to lack of members.

Village Preservation:
LadyBountiful says that at the moment she repairs villages she finds that have been damaged. She suggests it be a bannable offence to grief a village. This leads to big debate, which will be continued on a separate thread that LadyB will post.

Monthly Build off:
There was a low turnout for the November build off, perhaps due to the theme or a lack of time. The December build off will have a winter theme, with zedwork nativity scenes encouraged.

Disorder In Meetings:
Despite the intense excitement of lvs council meetings, certain people insist on mucking about to the detriment of others. This can be very annoying and distract the meeting from the matter at hand, especially if the person does not stop when asked. If this applies to you, do not do it again. A tool for removing such people will be made, hopefully it will never need to be used.
Additionally, the large amount of chat messages can be very hard to follow especially when there are other conversations going on elsewhere in the server. An extra colour to designate council members may be implemented to help this.

The next meeting will be held at 8pm GMT at River Falls on Saturday the 13th.
This is a deviation from the standard bi-weekly meetings as warp town elections are coming up!
