[LVS] Council Banner Competition

This would be applied to things like Villages, Temples or any other natural generation that we want to protect or give to someone we know won't destroy it
In order to claim in the name of the Council, we want to use a special banner to signify the Council
Which is why I ask you fellow Zedlings to create a Banner design that captures the likeness of the Council and submit it to this post in a screenshot (along with instructions on how to craft it and what materials are needed)
You have 4 weeks to submit your Banner! The contest ends 1/11/15!
I will post a poll to vote for the best banner and it will be used by the Council!
The winning Banner creator will receive 6 Diamonds!
((tip: Lord Zedwick said he likes the idea of a Z or C on the Banner, but that's just a tip!))

The hat can be changed colour based on what colours the council wants to use to represent us. If that makes sense... I was thinking that this would be very appropriate as it is specific to what the this bannner is being created for. It doesn't have to represent the council as a whole, but could be used just for the claiming of naturally occurring structures like villages, and temples. I hope you like it.
