[Communicating with chat] A way of interacting with the in-server chat without logging directly into the Minecraft server. It would say your name but have a speech bubble next to it. Could be Zriend only to alert them if something in the hub needs building or a block has been placed in the market by accident. Without altering admins. Or for everyone to just have chats throughout the day.

Council Property Votes -
I'd like to propose that the Council could vote on Removing, Moving or Altering property owned by another player
Any Council or Non-Council member may come to the Council during a Meeting if they wish to ask to Change the property
The person must have posted a picture of the property onto the Pre-Meeting Agenda discussion along with Coordinates, reason for wanting to change it and who owns it if that is known
They also must find a 'Neutral Witness' to provide testimony about the property
A Neutral Witness is someone who examines the property and testifies to the Council whether the property is intrusive, how much effort was put into it and any other important details
The Neutral Witness has to be someone trustworthy and unbiased to the current dispute
For example if I wanted to remove a Structure in the Extreme Hills town, I wouldn't have SneakySkeleton21 as my Neutral Witness because he may want to remove it too
7 Council members must be present for the Vote, the Neutral Witness and the person trying to Change the property have no vote and do not count
More than half of the votes have to agree to Change the property for it to go into affect
That is my proposal, I tried to make it fair for everyone, hopefully the Council will agree with this

Have areas of "Natural Beauty" or "Man made beauty" that are protected by the council.
Areas that are deemed too "pretty" to build on can be suggested at a council meeting. The council decides whether the area is good enough to be protected or whether it's fine to be built and mined upon. They then can set the boundaries and any plans to build on this kind of land must have council permission (decided by a vote).
Areas cannot span farther than 9x9 chunks (or close to that) worth of land, meaning huge areas cannot be protected for no reason.
Aim is to have areas that are untouched and left pretty like generated, ie ice spike biomes, mesa biome etc. Builds can also be protected under man made beauty. Max limit of each is 10 (10 builds and 10 areas can be protected at the same time). All areas/builds that are to be protected are decided by council vote.
Areas can only be suggested by members, however a member can speak on behalf of a non member on an area of land/build.
By protected, I do NOT mean Zed protected. I mean the same kind of protection villages and temples have. Any changes to protected land can be reversed and the perpetrator, unless doing so in a grief in manner, will be warned. If it is obvious that it was intentional then it will be classed as grief and will be dealt with by Admins.
This should not affect any issues that people have about free build as the whole council has their say on the area via vote and if it is seen as an infringement on the possibility of free build, a vote against protection would stop that. Areas and builds can only be suggested once.

As I will not be at the meeting on saturday I will post this now.
I think we could extend danny's idea to having a 7 wonders of zedwork, maybe with natural and man made lists. Could cycle occasionally to showcase other builds/areas.

I propose a "Nether Cleanup Squad" that are tasked with going round the nether and removing all misc pieces of cobblestone, dirt, netherack pillars etc. Right now the nether is a hideous mess around the Nether Hub.
