SHORT DURATION COMPETITION ON SUNDAY 12TH JULY 2015

The rules for the short duration building competition:
1.You may only build in the area allocated for the competition.
2.You may only build during the time allocation - Sunday 12th July 2013 UK BST (not GMT) 3pm to 9pm, giving a time frame of 6 hours in which the competitors will be able to design, collect and build their structure to comply with the theme and further rules to be announced on Sunday at 3pm, on this thread on the forum.

I think it may help if players could post on here if they would like to join in the build off tomorrow, just so I have a rough idea of how many plots.

I want to thank everyone who competed on Sunday, it was a great turn out. Zed and I understand that some of you did not have as long as others and that is why some of the builds show room for improvement.
I know one or two of you were disappointed with your awards, but that is because you didn't follow the brief as closely as others. Some of you used total artistic licence, and produced great builds, but just not on theme. I'm sorry. I do hope that you will compete ate out next build off.
As you know this was our first attempt at a quick build off, we learnt a lot about how to host this type of event, and the next one will be slightly different - only slightly.
We will set up a special area to run these competitions from, as making all the plots on Sunday took its toll on my thumb (I have a laptop). Aw.
I will announce the day and time of the next event later today.
