hi updated to windows10 today
reinstalled minecraft but every time i launch the launcher and press play... it crashes :/
any advise, or someone know the cause etc

I know that a new Windows 10 version of minecraft is being made (I believe there is a beta currently out) I'm not 100% sure, but you may need to download this version to be able to play minecraft on the windows 10 OS. Like I said, I can't confirm this - my google searches didn't clear that question up. You should be able to get a beta code if you own windows 10.

seems like i can launch minecraft now
i think there was some issue with a graphic driver being outdated
not sure
but for he peopel who might have problems too later look at your drivers

The Windows 10 Edition is not the full Minecraft, it is just the Pocket Edition ported over. You cannot play on servers with The W10 edition, you must use the normal PC edition of Minecraft.

I don't know about the compatibility between windows 10 and minecraft. However one of my friends that have switched to windows 10 has some issues with a few games that he previously didn't have issues with. This is because the graphics card company hasn't released drivers for his card and windows 10 (he has a few years old computer).

I have no idea if that's what causes your game to crash but it could be it

I have been playing Minecraft on Zedworks with Windows 10 since the Windows 10 release with no problems. The problem may be drivers on your PC which may be fixed wwith new windows updates.
