As I mentioned I have bad computer syndrome but it appears my comp has started working again, although I'm still not 100% sure if I'll be able to attend, I will most likely be able to but in the case I won't, I'm sorry D;

After some discussuion on pranking on the forum (viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1788) I believe we may finally be able to implement an official system that is secure and easy to use. The topic is there to be read, a couple of methods were proposed.

Pranking machine: Proposed by Forseth this would be a redstone machine somewhere on the server that outputs names (read more than one name) of who can be pranked at that time, and would shuffle every so often.
Forum based: Proposed by me this would be a forum topic with the rules on the first post, then people would reply to it stating if they would be ok with being pranked or not. Zedwick suggested a second topic to discuss prank rules, recent pranks and so on.

Obviosly I prefer my method, but we should discuss and if neccecery implement something. Pranking has been a topic since october last year and I really think we should decide what to do with this now.

Hey all,
Happy new year to everyone! I hope you are all doing well.
My computer is still broken and I'm not sure when I will be back (hopefully soon).
If the council is full and if there are people who want to join, then they can take my seat.
(Edit) Ah, I see now that I was already removed. I understand of course.
Kind regards,
Laurens
