[LVS] Swamp Build Off Extravaganza!!!!!

I have decided to run an event the likes of which you have never seen!!
It will be a build off. A build off you say? But we've done those before you say?
But no! Because in the build off everyone will work on the same build! However...
Everyone will have a different theme!
Date
This event will be held on Saturday the 16th of April from 4pm to 8pm uk time. This is the time used by the highly enjoyable build offs LadyBountiful and Zedwick used to run, and I think works quite well.
UPDATE
Changed end time to 8pm to not clash with Zedkins.
Location
The event will be held in swamp warp on the shore opposite the warp, behind the crocodile. Follow the green flags and signs over the wooden bridge to get there. There is a small building with lots of chests in it, this is the event material shed, and material donations should go in here.
Rules
-I (Dax23333) will be running this event, and I reserve the right to kick out anybody from the build area if they are breaking the rules. I will not do this lightly. If this happens you will be removed from the area and disqualified.
-Do not annoy or disrupt other players. This includes, but is not limitied to, hogging certain building materials, making excessive adjustments to others builds, building over areas marked as needed by others, spamming blocks and argumentative behavior.
-Small alterations of others contributions will be necessary, for example adding a door to connect thier room to yours.
Regulations
-The competition will be judged by a panel of (hopefully) unbiased judges who I will find after the competition. They will be presented with a multiple choice of which theme the build was made to and whoevers theme gets the most votes wins.
-In order to keep it fair for all participants we will be using a communal storage area from which anybody in the competition may use materials from. I will be supplying some materials, but I am not the font of all items so please bring your own too. All entrants are encouraged to bring materials they think may be useful/fun to build with.

Yes, there will be prizes. I will let them be a surprise.
