I'd like to give a mayor update for Forest Hills. I am just posting it here so you know I will be doing it instead of Forseth!

I'm sure you've notice by now that that Zedling Council topic has remained out of date for a few months. I've gone through all the notes for recent meetings and have tallied up strikes, added members and read through the notes for changes to the regulations. A few members are removed from the council, so you'd best check the topic to be sure of the current member list and bring up any issues you see during the meeting.

When going through the notes, I saw just one change that I think needs clarifying, and another that everyone needs reminding of as it remained forgotten.

Strikes before a member is removed from the council has been reduced to 3; decided during a meeting 2 months ago. I ignored this when counting strikes, as I am pretty sure everyone forgot this rule change completely. Going forward, members who reach 3 strikes should be removed from the council.

Secret voting has been proposed, and by the last line quoted above it went well when used and might be used again. I think it has been used in every election since, but there's no clarification if this is now required or just left at the host's discretion. I'd like you to revisit this and decide if it should be written into the Council's regulations.

Additionally, I have a new idea that will hopefully mean the official Zedling Council member list, strikes, regulations etc. are never out of date again. I'll talk more on this during the meeting.

I'll probably be able to attend, but in the case that I don't, I'm sorry, I'm going to the Russian Chapel ceremony (Putin is coming to the ceremony, TRUE STORY! :O)

I cannot attend because I'll be meeting an old friend in NYC. Sorry about my summer attendance being spotty, it will improve once September rolls around again.

Also, i and Lordposeidon02 discussed the regular mayor of the warp checkup we have at the end of the meeting, and since he has been more active at the warp than I have, we agreed that he should take the report this time.
