Also, for a topic this meeting. I would like to resign as Mayor for the Forest Hills. It was discussed in the previous meeting and is something I endorse. Thus the topic should be for a successor and I encourage anyone who wishes to take up the mantle of Mayor to make themselves know to the council. For those of you who don't know, when a Mayor resigns (or is replaced) the council needs to vote on the next one and thus its no small feat. So don't come running to me, asking to take over, because I can't grant it.

Also, since Jamie/LordPoseidon hasn't been active in a while. It might be worth discussing with the new Mayor whether he should remain as Co-Mayor or If the position of Co-Mayor is even needed.
