Do we need to establish some rules of etiquette for connections to public tunnels such as border tunnels and hub connector tunnels?

I'm noticing some people are placing objects in the middle of the tunnel as markers for their entrance. I also saw one that forced a stop on the rail and had their button plinth in the center which might be blocking the horse lane.

Hmm, I just noticed. The topic title says the meeting is on the 6th of may (which it is). But in the topic itself it says the 8th. Might wanna change that to avoid confusion.
