Shop/stall removal:

There is a stall and a couple shops in zen that has been abandoned due to players being banned.
I was wondering if a player is banned their shop/stall should be removed and the stock goes into zedkin building so it can be used for good use.

Maybe there should also be a rule in place for people who do have a shop/stall but has not been on the server for a certain amount of time so the removal of shops can take place... this also brings more space for newer players to potentially want to own a shop in the spaces in zen.

I know this has been discussed before but I believe it may need to be brought up again.
