You don't "have to pay" inst's taxes you can come the exiled land, where we have set up a camp and are planning our freedom movement, for now you have to stick to sucky food though.....

I don't think Insti will stand for anyone leaving his kingdom, or worse; not paying their taxes! You'd best keep a lookout for his army amassing on the horizon
