What happened to BOBBY102938?

Now then, on to the point of the post.
A player with the name "BOBBY102938" lives very close to me and I considered him part of my little community but lately I've noticed he's not been on the server in a long time and I've gotten to wondering what happened with him if he was banned or if he decided he was taking a break from/quitting the server.
I'm very curious to find out what happened to him and any information will be appreciated.
