Zedwork

I've noticed that a lot of players on Zedwork are multi-lingual, and am wondering what languages everyone speaks.
My mother tongue is English, but I also speak German.
What about you?

This is a great idea, usually I dont know if someone in the server speaks spanish or not, and also I have seen some people join that only speak spanish, so they need a little help. In case you haven't guessed I speak spanish, but working in my english aswell.

I do think other languages should be kept in private chat or msg (unless a special case*) cause others can see it as spam and usually leads to people not being able to join in conversations, although I like the idea of having sort of a "secret language" where no one knows what you are saying, but still should be kept in msg, unless no one is talking, or no one minds.

*various, that's more than two, that only talk one language.

just seen this post, i think you make a great point, Sokonit. I also speak spanish, i am currently studying it for A level at school. send a message in spanish my way at some point, although i'm not great at it

I actually need to practice my english before I forget it completely, but I will be sure to do that.

I'm kind of trilingual. I speak swedish as my first language, english as second and I've studied german for a couple of years but I'm not that good at it. On another note I should say that I can communicate with both the danish and the norwegian through swedish since they're quite similar.

I am and speak German. But I think my English is not that bad. (at least I hope )
But I dont mind writing/reading/hearing English, but you probably don't want to hear me speaking it
In other languages (4 years of school-French) I'm pretty much useless.

Treis let me tell you that your English is not at all bad, I can understand almost all that you say, I have a gift for understanding people that do not control a language to a high level, but I don't need to try that hard to understand anything you are saying, unless you are playing like at 1 am then all that you say is nonsense

My first language is English, but I can speak Tagalog and a little Ilocano. Unless you know anyone from the Philippines that won't be much use unfortunately....
