I went through a portal and ended up in a portal loop caused by powere89 blocking the exit. The coordinates are: x -10790 y 56 z -1232. Help would be very much appreciated!
Edit: Also, I'd rather not kill myself as I have lots of goodies on me.

You should be free now. I've moved the cobble wall out 1 block to give you room to exit and re-enter the portal.
