Stevenn_'s area given to Zaharia (Screenshots inside)

The player named Stevenn_ has left the server, and allowed me to take ownership of his area.
But i know that i just begin to edit the area/take stuff from the chests, then i might get wrongfully banned from the server, so I'm posting here in advance in order to prove that i am allowed to.
Here is a screenshot of the chat, including coordniates of his area:
