I've recently made a base in a different region, Brookside, and I noticed that the region to the south of it was nameless. Since it's quite close to Brookside, I wanted to give in a name, specifically Sujaya. There's another region to the south of Congo which is unnamed, and I would like to name it Draenor. I'm not sure if I'm expected to wait for one of the guardians to log onto the server, or just take it up on the forums. Can someone please explain to me the process of naming a region? Is naming a region something to be earned? Are only certain people allowed to name regions? ◝(⁰▿⁰)◜

Ask a Guardian nicely, only they have the power.

This could be done, poke a guardian about it in-game. Or, when standing at the region post you'd like to be named, enter '/helpme Please name this region <name>!' or something similar. Adding the names of other residents would be good, too, so we can check it is fine for all in the region before naming/renaming it.
