I tried appealing last night on the server with Lady as etoo is not allowed on online forums. However, for whatever reason, she ceased discussing it with me in favour of something else. So I'm doing it here on his behalf.

Etood2 was yesterday banned for stealing objects (I have been told redstone and pistons but haven't confirmed if anything else was taken too). Me and him share an island together and whilst I was not online he went for a venture. He came across a base that he [says he] assumed was abandoned and took the materials in question from a build. After speaking to him about it via Skype, as we are friends in real life too, he absolutely accepts responsibility for the wrong he has done and offers his sincerest apologies. Below are a few words he has asked me to write on his behalf, grammatical errors an' all.

"To all on the zedwork server I have effected with my behaviour I wish to apologise. I knew that taking from a build was wrong but hoped noone would find out because I thought the base was abandoned. I now realise that even when a base isn't being used I should leave it alone. Or at least get permission from the builder first. I hope you can unban because I really like the server and have put a lot of effort into building a home with TheBlueReptile. Please will you except me back."

All that remains of me is to second his request. Please will you accept him back into the server?

Ban appeals should always take place on the forums. We expect to be able to talk with the banned player directly, and not via another player. I can only assume Lady explained this to you in-game before continuing on with her other duties as a Guardian.

As harsh as it may appear, if a player breaks the rules and cannot or will not register/log on to the forums to appeal then we will not look to consider a reverse on their ban. In order to ensure the security of our players, we want to be sure players fully understand what they have done, and what our rules are. We would look to see that they have approached the situation with the respect they lacked in breaking the rules. We also want to see that they are willing to spend time in assuring us that they can be trusted in future. We do not feel we can assess any of this through a third-party.

We are happy to accept players of any age, but they must follow our rules in-game and in appealing following a ban. I believe in treating all as equals, so long as they can behave and act appropriately. As your friend broke the rules, he will need to be able to log onto the forums with his own account and appeal the ban himself. I would suggest he explain the situation to his parents, and ask if they will help him to register and post his ban appeal together.

Ok so I've made an account to try and complete the unban request. I'm not to sure why this is a vital part, but I can respect your rules and can kind of understand where your coming from. I can only repeat what I said through blue, I am very sorry for what I did and give you my word that I shall follow the rules at all times if you allow me back. My curiosity got the better of me and I made a mistake which I now know had a negative impact on the server. Theres no way around it, I broke the rules and accept the punishment of such willingly. I just hope you can find it inside yourselves to give me a second chance.

I know you are all busy, but could you please respond to this as soon as possible. I'm at blues house and have to leave later. So if I don't see a reply in the next few hours it may not be for another week or two before I can reply to you unless through blue. I wanna get this whole mess sorted as soon as I can because I really like the server and havent had as much fun on the game in ages.
