Ban of danba26

I know that people are required to make their own ban appeals, but despite the fact that this person is completely innocent, I don't think he or she will make one as 1, they haven't played Minecraft for a very long time, and 2, they'd only just got on the server.

I kept my eye on the player as they were at the new Warp, and they did nothing wrong, and suddenly they got banned. So I would just like to ask, can you please lift the ban for them so that they can log back in (jail or no jail) so then they can find out where to post their ban appeal. Thanks.
