I'd like to appeal my banned-ness

Today was my first day on this server. I had just claimed land and started my house! All very exciting. But then things took a turn towards crime. I stole 7 coal from a chest. It was wrong and dumb and I shouldn't have. I obviously got banned instantly and I understand why. I also know now that there is a zero tolerance policy for thievery and grief. I really love this server and I would like to have a second chance if you'll consider it. I'm sorry.
