ban/jail appeal

I was jailed yesterday for flying... It was in the middle of a drop party. i was just running around spawn behind the guy dropping stuff and suddenly i was in jail and it said i was jailed for flying. If you don't know what a drop party is it is a thing where a person drops tons of stuff for others to pick up (usually good stuff). I have no idea how or why it thought i was flying.
