Banned for Alt although first time to server

I have no clue who was on before me but I literally joined the server and was banned immediately for Alt - lsp or something like that. I don't own an alt this is my only one and I literally got minecraft not even a few hours ago, my friend help me setup my skin and whatnot....Do I even get a fair warning or something my name is Jake so it's nice to meet you if you are reviewing this. i found this server on minecraft-server list thingy

Why did i get banned for being a "Alt" I made this account literally an hour ago and never had another account, my name is Jake. I honestly can say i do not have an alt on this computer. My friend help set me up with this account and a new skin
. I believe this to be somewhat unfair as I have been wrongfully accused

Your alt is TNT_Exor, who made similar attempts to sound innocent but ultimately got banned for using a modded client and stealing from another player.
The account named Hells_Angel logged in soon after, which then got banned for attempting to bypass the ban on the other account.
Your account is also not a new account, definitely not been registered in the last month.
Your ban will not be lifted.
