the following story happened

around 10:00 groovesocks got online he was a jailed guy, first thing i did when he came is i called him an idiot for coming back, i didn't know you couldn't come back when your banned, an his reply was i think i am gonna like you frodo_gamgee, an i just laughed

so we got to talking an he wanted me to find his base (never actually fount it) but while i was doing this shadowhawck and darade apparently broke the glass an threw him some food, then fell in, so bigfuzzywalrus checks it out he's careful about it, so i come by really curious, what happened is i went down the stair case walrus had made to see if they could escape, i went in the room with the ice floor an wooden pillar in center, nothing happened (for testing purposes) an then while coming out i do admit i broke 1 melon 2 stone so i could get out, because the stair case was badly built incase they could get out, but then i lagged an fell in with them, we were all stuck, so walrus goes on an takes out the wall keeping us from the other room, just teasing us, so i thought id use this time to fill in my curiousity, so since that was the only wall we got tp'd from i asked walrus to make a staircase on other wall. he does we still can't get out, he falls in with us, get jailed too,

around 12:00 were still in jail trying to investigate anyways to get out (as far as we know the only possibility left was nether portal) (btw great jail) but at this time we finally just ask uzma to help us, he gives us some ender pearls and leaves with our stuff,

an during this hole thing i died from 2 endermites 1 drowning an broke 2 stone 1 melon

an i feel really bad for my actions it was late at night an we were investigating, i have help as many as possible, i have loved this server from the start, an i think of you guys as my family, an i dont wanna loose you guys, an i shall not make a mistake like this ever again, an plz unban shadow darade an walrus, walrus was only trying to help, an shadow an darade were only trying to give groovesocks food, as far as my knowledge goes, but if you deem me unworthy of a second chance i shall understand, but even if u do atleast let walrus give op his sword, i had given it to op, an i had it on me when it happened cuz i was at the ender ender just before, an i had given it to walrus so he could give it to op, cuz i had a bad feeling i was gonna be banned

but in conclusion i am regretful for my actions, i dont wanna loose you guys, an if i am not worthy of a second chance, i shall understand

We do not need to hear from you about other players. They may make their own appeals. We have the logs of what happened, and it is not entirely as you say. You will remain banned while the matter is considered.

i am sorry if it isnt exact, i do afterall have a bad memory, an i am sry for vouching fo my friends, i hope i get unbanned, but still if you find me unworthy of being unbanned, i shall understand

Hi. Although I was not involved in the incident I have been friends with frodo since I first joined LVS and found him to be very helpful,generous and trustworthy. He has worked together with many established players on various projects, both on LVS and on Zurvival, and at no time have I had any reason to suspect him of misbehaviour. He is always eager to help and very keen to do new things. He has a special relationship with LaLaRichter having agreed to a 'blood oath' contract so I would expect LaLa would also be happy to vouch for him, as well as lots of the other players that he has had dealings with. I am sure you have records of who they are in your logfiles.
In summary I believe him when he says this was just a silly adventure that got out of hand and if unbanned I believe he would take more care to not break any rules.

I know this isn't my place to interject and i know i'm already on a thin wire as it is, But i was there, i witnessed what happened up until Frodo fell in too, and yes Walrus was encouraged by Shadow, the way down to drop me food was made by shadow, and i give you my 100% Honest opinion, Frodo and Walrus did not break a rule unless either pressured into it by Shadow, and or by complete accident.

Just figured I would put in a good word for my much too curious foot servant frofro (frodo_gamgee)... He's a good egg from what I've seen and a wonderful foot servant, just seems like he got a bit too curious xD .. and desperate to get out which led him to the griefing >_< but I've told him now that even if he is stuck he should wait for help from a guardian or risk permanent banishment... I think it would be a real shame for him to be limited to one server for his creativity, but in the end I know it is up to you two lovely guardians to decide if he is allowed back or not.

You broke 1 Stained Glass, 4 Stone, 1 Packed Ice. You should not be breaking any blocks you were not given permission to break, especially those part of the jail structure. Trying to free jailed players from jail is not acceptable behaviour for a Zedling.

You have quite the character references here, but I'm afraid I am not entirely convinced that you understand why your actions were not okay. Therefore, to give you the opportunity to assure us you would contribute positively to the community in future, I have a little assignment for you:

You must write a 300 word essay on "Why players can end up in jail, and how the jail protects the citizens of Zedwork". You may wish to include some thoughts on how those citizens the jail protects could be affected if the jail were to be removed.

Optionally, you may also write a minimum of 200 words with the title: "Zedwork LVS probably has the best community of any server, ever.".
