chimchar1205 banned

Hello, I am trying to appeal a ban for my boyfriends account aka chimchar1205. Wasnt sure if I needed to do it on his account or not. He was banned a few months back for getting stuck in someones home on their elevator and accidentally breaking something when trying to get unstuck. He wasn't sure how to appeal his ban so I said I would do it for him. Thank you for carefully looking at this ban appeal.
