I was banned but i wasn't online when it happened, it just says "thievery", i really like the server so i'll do anything to get unbanned

You were banned for taking an Elytra from the Market without paying the 7 Diamond Blocks as payment.

Is there anything i can do to get back on?

My chest at the Market was missing an Elytra that had been taken without payment. Admin checked the logs and found you had taken one without paying, so you were banned for theft.

tiger strix wanted them,so i "stole" them, i was spending these days strip mining so i could find the diamonds to pay, i had 48 diamonds so i was going to pay soon, i know i was dumb for not leaving a note. I'm sorry,if i get unbanned I'll pay and I'll do anything you need as an apology

The problem is that you did not pay. We do not condone a player taking an item and then say that they will pay later. It is depriving the seller of their rightful payment. Zed checked the logs off line to find out who was responsible, and this takes time. So now there is knock on effect. BengalBoi, Zed, you, the recipient of the elytra, and now me have been involved in this. I will leave it up to BengalBoi to say whether or not he feels your appeal has made up for the loss.

On further reflection, we have decided to unban you. You must however hand an elytra to me when you return. This may be the original elytra or one that you have genuinely bought and paid for. Come and find me when you return to the server. Welcome back.
