Got Banned Because My Mouse Ran Out Of Battery

I was running and when i run i normally hold down left-click (its just a strange habbit) around spawn looking at all the cool stuff people had built, but then my mouse ran out of charge and it carried on breaking the block by my feet and then i got banned . I was looking forward to playing with some of my friends but now its not possible as i have been unfairly banned .
