Ban appeal on Danieloz's behalf

So first Danieloz got jailed for some reason. That's okay, because he killed a lot of animals that were player owned. I told him it was wrong (he's a 10 year old kid by the way with good intentions), and he didn't do it again.

Now, he claims that he has mined some blocks and picked up some eggs that he was unaware was owned by a player, and now he's banned for stealing. What exactly did he steal? Because we're both in doubt, and I am pretty sure he is being honest. We'd like to know, so that we can improve and teach him what is right from wrong in terms of your rules.

I've already walked him through the rules and read them up loud so that he understands. However, this last ban is a mystery to us both. He agreed to be extra careful from now on, and that we'd never even consider doing anything we would even remotely consider illegal (not that we ever did, but you can never be too sure).

If he can't play on the server, Mathildegg and I can't play there either (we kind of know eachother very well, and I brought them both to the server because of its brilliance). You probably don't care much about that, but I just thought you would be interested in knowing. It would also be a huge loss for us 3 to lose the connection with the server, since we've already invented all kinds of machinery with redstone, and made huge (according to ourselves at least) buildings.

He was auto-banned for stealing 2 diamonds from one of our trap chests.

Though it was for stealing the diamonds, it may have banned him on a later action (such as attempting to mine stone) as it does not immediately check his actions on the chest at the time of removing the items.

Wow, that is sad. I can't believe he's not being honest with me. That's not your problem, that's his.

I can understand if you don't want to lift the ban. This is kind of an insult to me and the server's players as a whole.
