[LVS] I got randomly banned for "heating"..

I don't even know what "heating" is. I'd been on the server for about 5 hours (a good 2 of those with a member & a helper) and I picked up 4 buckets of lava & then was randomly jailed. I then got banned... I got on another account to ask what was happening and that one was banned... What the heck happened and what did I do; Could I get an explanation at the very least?

The server monitors player activity to detect various suspicious behaviour, and it flagged you for pouring lava within your first few hours on the server. We do this as usually very new players who are pouring lava are doing so to grief.

I can see that this was not the case here. I'm sorry we mistakenly banned you!

Please avoid using lava until you reach Zedling (Played for 15 hours). Unfortunately I do not have a way to mark your use of lava as safe. It is safe to pick up lava in an empty bucket, so long as you do not pour it out, in case you wanted to remove the lava you have placed.
