I was apparently banned for grief when I live many thousands of blocks away from any active regionpost or any sign of any other player's activity. I have never griefed anything, anywhere, ever.
I'm just posting this to give a heads up that your reporting system is flawed or you have a moderator who likes to hold grudges and is fulfilling some personal vendetta against me for wronging him or her in some way. I dont really care if I am unbanned, but jail would have given an opportunity to discuss it.
I am really glad I tried to log in and found this surprising message because I had my debit card out and was about to properly register and donate.
Instead, I have opted not to give my real email address to a possibly crooked website and use a fake one instead in order to make this post.

I understand your frustration, and after investigating the 'grief' I believe it may have not actually been grief at all. The build in question belonged to Dandan333, who was understandably distressed to find his pyramid in a half destroyed state. There were multiple players who had removed blocks, you being one of them. The owner was given the list of names, and he denied giving any of them permission to build and all were banned (as I understand it). You had removed several sandstone blocks from the roof, and the levels below. As far as I could work out, though, you may have been helping the owner to dig out the area beneath the pyramid, having also placed a beacon down for some purpose. The sandstone blocks you removed were in a vertical line above the beacon, to allow the beam to reach the sky. You had replaced a couple of the removed sandstone blocks with cobblestone after you removed the beacon, but did not replace all of the missing sandstone blocks with cobble. This was seen as grief, alongside the rest of the grief. You were just unlucky to have made similar changes to the griefers.

Based on my understanding, I think your ban was unjust and have unbanned you. Though, I will still need to talk to Dandan333 to confirm my thoughts. Apologies for the ban, I hope you can forgive the mistake.

With note to your comments on jailing, this would only serve to fill up our player slots and in-game chatter with banned players making their pleas; whether the Guardians are online or not. Making your appeal here on the forums allows us to investigate and respond to you without preventing others from enjoying their time on the server.

Hi guys,

Hey I dont know what to say, I am ashamed of the post I made and I am moved by the admins apology.

I am impressed that the owner of the server realised that I was confused and took the time to investigate my involvement with whatever happened to that person's pyramid. I lent him (the pyramid owner) my beacon (haste II, faster block mining) for a day or two and took it down, pretty much assured nothing more would come of it, as it would be extremely unlikely that I would get into any kind of trouble because I have seen the power of the Log Block plugin in the past, and I know that all actions are logged.

I must come clean though, I didnt have my debit card ready to donate and in fact I wrote the post in attempt to try and raise feelings of guilt in the banning party. I thought when I made the post it would be considered to trollish for the forums and not posted.

How wrong I was. Seeing my post and Zedwicks humble apology makes me feel guilty for being such a troll, now I really feel obliged to donate because this is such a wonderful server with a unique minimalist set of plugins that drew me here from the beginning. If only I could afford to donate I would.

I really like the absence of the MCMMO plugin, and the focus on legit vanilla but a mild sprinkle of teleportation abilities like /sethome and the regionpost plugin make it just what the game develpoers set out to achieve.

Im sorry im going on and on here but could you delete this thread? Is it possible you can delete the user aggravated as well? I forgot how to log in as him so I made a Legit registration with my real Email.

p.s. i discovered skyblock a type of minecraft server that is extremely hardcore survival and have been playing that please dont take it personally in fact check it out and host one
