Hi,
My friend used to play on the server and got banned. However he gave the account to me as he wanted a new name, and i did not own minecraft. My other friend (PinballWizard58) tells me that this server is the best. I would like to be unbanned to play with him on the server as all others have not been so great!

I'm sorry, the ban will remain. I have no way of knowing if what you say is true, and we do not normally approve appeals for crimes such as his. We are very strict, I would rather protect our existing players from the possibility of such a player returning.

This saddens me greatly as i am told by PinballWizard58 that this is the best server of it's kind. I understand your reasons, but is there a chance could you let me on for perhaps a trial week and evaluate what i do. There is really no good servers out there where you can just build and have fun.
