I already submitted an appeal just now only I don't think it is showing up.
I was wandering through some empty regions and came across the amazing 'beach', I opened a chest near a crop patch, it had iron tools and ingots, i took some ingots and tools for the sole purpose of just being nosey, i was planning to make a sword with the ingots so I can defend myself while looking about the regions.
I am new to this server and joined to play with a friend, my friend is a loyal member and is within the 'sandy' region.
I am very sorry and know there is no reason I should be un-banned. all I can say is that I will return the tools and ingots to the chest, if allowed back on the server.

You haven't been entirely honest. Yes, you stole from Beach, but you also stole from other players before that. You spawned with two rule / help books. It is laid out quite clearly in those books that we do not tolerate stealing in any shape or form. To be quite specific players must not take from chests that they have not laid down or have not been given express permission to do so. I think you need to convince me that you are not going to take from other player's chests, before I allow you back. LB

Okay, I have taken from other chests in the past, I have been wandering around and took an item to use or to keep me alive, I apologise for any stealing I have done in the past, I will honestly NEVER take from a chest that does not belong to me or have not had permission to use, if I am given one last opportunity I will show to you and all the admins that I am a fir player once I get started properly and find a good setup to start from scratch.

I think (not that it matters) you should get a second chance, though your inventory should be back-tracked or removed for fairness reasons, and maybe get sent back to spawn? Though i'm curious as to who your "friend" is after you mentioning them. ^_^ (wanna say hi to them too~)

Sorry for being impatient, it's just that I have yet to hear back and would love to return to this server, I have looked for a temporary replacement and none live up to the standard of Zedwork.

I will unban you, however i shall wipe your inventory. Please read / reread your books, and don't take from any chests that you have not put down or been given express permission to use. Welcome back to the community. LB
