I don't even know why. I'd like to be unbanned, but first I'd like to know why I was banned.

You were banned because you spammed the chat with the letter "w" over and over despite being warned by the plug in, 'til eventually it banned you. I have unbanned you. Welcome back. LB

strange, I was trying to setup a keybind/macro mod to auto welcome newbies to the server by holding "w". I thought that was the trigger key, not one I would say in chat. Sorry for the problem.

It seemed like something automatic. It's a learning curve. LB

welcoming players isn't really something so important that you need a key bound to especially welcome them. Just say hey or something, but you don't need to welcome every single new person or chat winds up getting spammed with 3/4 people saying the exact same thing. :b

Good point GB. Remember new players already have a full chat thing of standard spam you get from joining a new server.

I know they have EVERY opportunity to follow the rules, but I guess I like to think that being told to follow the rules by another player should give them further motivation to do so.

As i said, it's not that they won't get told. It's a case of too many people saying the same thing. It can be a bit overwhelming! (Not that that was a problem when i first joined :b)
