Zedwick and LadyBountiful

I, KingCrawley, am here to request that I be un-banned from your server.
As you know, I was jailed for taking the diamonds in (name removed) home at spawn.
Before judging this as a classic theft, I plead for you to listen from my point of view.
As you also may or may not know, me and (name removed) live together faaaar from spawn and frequently share/borrow items from each other.
To make the story short, I went into the shack marked with the player's name to borrow supplies for my fireworks for my fireworks shop.
Now, I probably should have realized that a single chest, unprotected, next to spawn, with 3 diamonds in it was a little sketchy, but I needed anything I could get so I took them. (Diamonds add a sparkle effect to firework rockets, its on the wiki if you'd like to look for yourself.)
I had every intention of replacing the diamonds, as I have about 11 at me and (player's name removed) homes. (I didn't go there in the first place because its a very long trip sen though its connected to the nether hub)
Lastly, Chiriel and Falnight were both online when it happened and can honestly attest to what happened. They both stated to me that they knew I had no intention of theft.
So this is my story. I love playing on this server and I hope that you will overturn my your decision to ban me.

Firstly the home of which you speak does not have a name on it, so you would not know that it belonged to the player in question. Secondly that player who you says "shared stuff" with you says expressly that that wasn't the case. I do not believe that you did not intend to steal the items in question and your request to be unbanned on the LVS server is denied. You are welcome to play on the Zedwork Zurvival server. LB
