Well, I found a chest at spawn with diamonds in it, and a diamond block. I just thought "Free diamonds, sure, I guess," and I went ahead and took the chest diamonds and got jailed. I am willing to return the diamonds, I really shouldn't have done it, and I would like to be given another chance. I just saw the diamonds and instinctively took them.

Not only jailed, but I have been banned, apparently as well.
