I understand the decision has been made to revert back anyway, however I still want to voice my support of the rollback.
I, too, spent some time going out, exploring, to collect some of the new items (such as coral, sea pickles, treasure maps). I managed to collect a fair amount of them. But knowing some players lost massive amounts of their project which they've been working away at for months, possibly even over a year, reminds me that my efforts are near to nothing compared to what has been lost.
I understand others have started projects after the 1.13 update. However, other players would've lost a lot more than a few stacks of sea pickles or a fancy new aquarium. I think there are times that you need to make sacrifices to make it better for all. After all, if we stayed with 1.13, there may have been more issues down the line.
EDIT: I really appreciate the fact we were given the chance to vote on this issue. I realise this would've been a very tough decision to make.
