[LVS] Extreme Hills Warp Town

For some time now LVS has had a warp to brand new 1.8 chunks, in an extreme hills biome!
Me and a few others have built houses close to the warp, I think it would be great to get a town going there. I have built roads to enable people to climb the mountains, and having houses around would be very nice. It would give a good impression to new players entering that warp as well.

Best of all, extreme hills biomes are brilliant for building crazy structures (like my Cliffside cottage)!
