As the newest member to the zedowrk LVS council, I have been charged with hosting the next meeting! This meeting is scheduled for April 9th 2016. I have yet to build the meeting hall, so I would appreciate any support! Please post suggested topics below!

I would like to discuss a topic in the next meeting. My topic includes 2 ! commands I think would be useful to the server.

- !Guardian - For Zedling access only you do this command if a Guardian is not on so when one joins they will automatically be notified of this command being activated with a message like "Guardian>> {Name} has requested a guardian".

- !checkchest - This one might be a bit dificult but it will make sure noone steals again. So, you point your crosshair at the target chest and do the command and it will tell you any actions that may have been done on the chest by a person who did not place it from the time you last logged off to present. In simpler terms. You place a chest and the system recognizes it as {name}'s Chest. If someone opened it whos name isnt registered to the chest it will record everything from when they open it to when they close it. The owner of the chest (can only do it on their chests) can point the crosshair at the chest and do !checkchest and in chat in hopefully a totally private msg can check all actions done by another player.

The 2 comands sorta iterwine as if somethings been taken you do !guardian to get their attention.

As it was decided to move swamp from the warps last meeting the warps time is limited.

This calls for a send off party! I am going to run a variant of the build off idea, a crazy plan Zedwick came up with in jest a while back. In this build off, everyone will work on the same build! However, everyone will have a different theme...
This could very well end up being a total disaster with you lot producing a towering abomination that curses the town until the end of time, but it's going off the warp pad so eh. But it will be fun for sure!

In the interests of fairness I have decided it would be best to pool resources so that everybody has access to materials. I will be adding a bunch of basic things like stone and wood and things but please bring things along to put in the pool as well.

The competition will be judged by a panel of unbiased judges who will be presented with a multiple choice of what theme the build was made to. The winner will be the person who's theme gets the most votes!

I will be running the competition, and to ensure the smooth running and fun of the competition I will be ruling with an iron fist. Do not attempt to annoy other players in the competition in any way, including but not limited to: blockading the area they need, altering their builds a lot (adding doors and such things will probably be necessary though and is allowed) and taking up all the materials they need from the pool. Such behaviour will be dealt with quickly.

Date: To be confirmed. Will be shortly before (don't you go unwarping mah warp before this) Swamp gets removed from the warp pad though. Dependent on progress of Savannah Warp.


Anyway, suggestions are welcome as are any builds at swamp in preparation for the send-off.


In other news, I have been playing around with the elytra nether tunnel concept and it would be possible (not regarding other tunnels however) to dig a tunnel you can glide down all the way to swamp nether hub, making it a very quick journey. For some strange reason I decided it would be a good idea to test this concept out with a tunnel to my outer base, 1.2 km away at a really funny angle.

Make sure to make a topic in the forum telling us when that magnificent event of pure insanity is going to start, I will certainly be participating. I will make sure to bring a bunch of pumpkins, mushroom blocks and other ridiculous materials to inspire the peoples creativity.

Yet another thing from me!

I'll be testing a new version of Crypt Wars after the meeting, with new and exciting features like a new introduction area and sound effects! Hopefully lots of fixes too.
