iiWolfyyy (2018/7/7): Moved Vitgone's wolf from the region post ring to the dog house.

Developaws (2018/6/15): A bunch of light goblins have come and lit up the place better to prevent any of those horrid scurge from spawning.

Developaws (2018/6/13): A wizard has successfully restored the 3 missing villagers in the community farm, and repaired some missing glass.

Mellori (2018/6/5): Adjusted path to veer slightly away from my shop, due to a complaint

Mellori (2018/6/1): Gave Kings_guard permission to build a shop next to BenHewitt_

Mellori (2018/6/1): Added advertisement board to district 4 for shop owners at several's request.

Mellori (2018/5/28): Gave Developaws a shop space towards the harbour

Mellori (2018/5/28): Wrote up the District 4 style guide in game, placed it on the district 4 board to read.

Treiskaideka (2018/4/30): Gave Stall 14 on the market to Jasmyn01. Could not remove trust to aidenleech due to them not having logged on recently enough and me not being the owner of the claim.

UmWolfGuyyyy (2018/4/28): Removed KingGreenTurtle's egg hunt prize and moved to Zedkin tower

UmWolfGuyyyy(2018/4/4): The1Shaw and I finished zombie spawner and 2 or 3 new spawners were discovered.

WolfGuy_(2018/3/20): Snickaaman has made a fantastic garden for my new home and for the post office.

WolfGuy_(2018/3/20) : Redesigned my house in Zen and it's looking a lot better.

Mellori_ (2018/3/18) : Cleared winter decorations around the nether tree, added spring ones.

Treiskaideka(2018/3/14) finished Stable and Cats&Dog Care near the Region post, moved ambrenee's cat there.

Treiskaideka (2018/2/10): Found a random claim by DarkEndavor in comet_tango's shop in District 4, Needs to be removed asap. (solved)

Mellori_ (2018/2/3) : Removed SnakeHead's post box. Added Dogz and Lone. Removed the cobble I didn't add. [EDIT: Meaning they finally fixed their "prank"]

Mellori_ (2018/2/2) : Created the Post Office. Added various people to it.

Mellori_ (2018/2/1) : Didn't add more cobble. [EDIT: They actually switched materials in the Zen hall to cobblestone in what was meant to be a harmless joke. Mellori is truly sorry for the problems he caused, and realizes he went too far. ]

Mellori_ (2018/1/31) : Bonemealed [https://i.imgur.com/hu60bs3.png this] tree, and added some grass around the stairs to make it less sheer.

Mellori_ (2018/1/20) : Removed most of the christmas trees and placed the left over gifts in the zen tower, 3rd floor. These will be distributed at a later point.

Mellori_ (2018/1/20) : Gave Rhussey4 a stall, added stall rules to middle stall next to tree.

Mellori_ (2018/1/19) : Smoothed out the riverbed, under the bridge. Added a surprise.

Treiskaideka, Mellori_ (2018/1/19) : Someone farmed all the flower blocks from the chrous plants in the farm tower without replanting. We replaced the plants.

EarthCow so enjoyed the host musical chairs I resurrected last meeting that he played it again! Lucky our bold friend burst on to save the day and whisk us away to the tower of Zriend. He then took a couple minutes to digest the pre-agenda thread where almost all the topics had been posted to prior to the meeting! Good job, gang.

==Topics==
===I - Pro Masons - KhasOrn ===
This was probably the most complete topic we've had in council for a very long time. Khas had pretty much all of it laid out in the agenda thread. Though, as everyone reading the agenda would've been uncharacteristcally efficient of us, we asked him to explain it all again anyway.
 Khas is looking to set up Pro Masons, who will be offering building, renovation and demolishing services to the council, mayors of warp towns, or individuals if required.
 We wanted to tread a little carefully as far as unfinished builds in warp towns (as many warps do not currently have rules set up regarding what happens to unfinished builds), though it was felt these could be dealt with on a case-by-case basis when and if required by respective mayors/council.
 Khas' general idea here was to pitch this as a service, with the plan being to have 'embassies' in warp towns where people can donate materials or fill out contracts for build jobs.
 Current build styles include Minimal, Decorative, Medieval and Sci Fi - more to come as more Arrchitects and Masons get on board
 There was a general excitement about the idea, and several members already started thinking out loud as to how they could hire this service for their warps or town.
 It was suggested Khas make his own forum thread (with others offering assistance in making a wiki page) so as to more widely advertise this service.

===II - Lets (do a) Very (good game-)Show - Memery ===
Mem didn't post this on the agenda (naughty naughty), but we let him talk about it anyway because his excitement was infectious. I've got a doctor's appointment tomorrow about it.
 Mem's gonna do a quiz-based gameshow! Plan is for it to be a monthly event - contestants fill in a questionnaire, and then are asked questions about their other contestants. Kind of like a 'know your zedling' vibe.
 Further information and more coherent thoughts are gonna be put on a forum post!
 Dax then suggested a bunch of great quiz suggestions which Mem took down. I would die on the hill that says 'favourite shoe size' is the best question ever, but other people, incorrectly, disagreed.

EliasRipley did post this on the agenda (hooray!), and asked someone to bring it up at the meeting.
 There is a site called FreedCamp which assists with project management, Elias set up a project group on there and asked if those that were interested to PM him for an invite.
 Zed being the Responsible Adult gave a very legalesesque response of 'With any 3rd party service take care what information you share'. We wouldn't permit promoting a public board, but for individual projects it would be fine.
 The wider thought that council doesn't tend to get much done was an astute one, with many people agreeing we could do more of the things we decided to do.
 I threatened to make a list of the things we haven't done, Mem countered that people needed to be motivated enough to follow through on the ideas they get permission/encouragement for, a bunch of people started reciting all the most boring Star Wars prequel quotes, which was entirely annoying but also representative of a council meeting. A couple of salient points in the middle of lots, and lots, and lots, of tangeants.
 And here I am, cutting through all that noise and then adding a bunch of my own, superior noise. You're welcome.

 

===IV - Purple's Pexture Pack - KhasOrn ===
Another topic posted to the pre-agenda (yaaaaay), our fellow Zedworker Purple has made a texture pack, described as 'enhanced but faithful to the vanilla vibe'. If you name your armour 'invisible' it is invisible to other players, allowing everyone to see eachother's skin.
 On hearing the word 'skin' Mem and Khas then dropped down to their respective thong and boxers, for reasons left to themselves, so I escaped to axe someone, as is my wont.

===V - Dungeon Dax - Dash ===
Denizen dev Dax dazzled, declaring Dungeon Dash (up)date!
 New locations, new monsters, no loot boxes, annnd a branch new mystery class!
 There is a contest on the forums where you can guess what the class does, either by taking an educated guess based on an image of the class equipment, or ''unlocking'' the class itself after the update lands on June 22nd. That's right baby, we have unlockable progression now.
 The contest runs til July 9th, when the first right guess, or best wrong guess, will win a free month of DungeonDash hosting!
 
 Dax and Zed also took this time to mention that large areas of the existing DungeonDash map have remained undiscovered. Perhaps, where we've been going wrong is trying to win the fastest way possible, as opposed to taking the scenic route through the eldritch hellscape of increasingly deadly mobs and traps. Who knows!

Marco wanted to know if Zedwick could make a recipe for double stone slabs. Some fancy block in 1.13 that can only be found in the creative menu.

Zedwick said it would be easier to see what he could do with it when 1.13 comes and asks Marco to wait until then to bring it up.

LeFozzy asked Zedwick if he would make it so we can have mending on our infinity bows. Zedwick said he likes to keep most things the way Mojang made them, apart from parrots, because you can't get enough Parrue. 
== Topic Limit per person? ==
Thy glorious and bountiful lady came up with one of the best ideas ever. She wonders if there should be a "topic limit". This links very well with this meeting as Dreadfall made an appearance on many occasions. We put our heads together, I literally did when people appear out of nowhere and push me out of my seat. We decided people should make their topics for vague and there will only be 1 topic per person, unless the director feels it is a topic we need to talk about.

LeFozzy once again comes to us with a topic. This time dogz will do the writing, (last time I'm doing seconds), Fozzy feels there are things in the welcome books a bit complicated for the newbies and should be broke down into simpler terms. And when a player turns into a Zedling they should receive a book telling about all the options they have as Zedling. Dogz very happily volunteered to give it a go and well, that's this topic over. 
Only joking! Zedwick came up with an idea that involves the Zedkins, a board! Yes, a board. Not any board, a board of knowledge and understanding. A board that perhaps may show up in spawn to relieve all the newbies of there worries of being banned for being AFK. More information will come of this but that's all I got for now.

The Founding meeting was on the 28th Febuary 2016.

They are governing the Town and Region [[Zen]]

== What is Zedkins==

Zedkins is a group of [[Zedling|Zedlings]], players of the [[Zurvival]] server. They are voted into the group by the players and they decide on and raise community issues to [[Zedwick]]. 
Every Zedling can join the discussion on the monthly meetings and raise topics of their own to be discussed, like propositions for projects or issues with plugins, or possible improvements to the server. 
Pre-Agendas, where members excuse themselves if they cannot make it and every Zedling can raise topics before hand, as well as the Zedling Seconds ( the meeting's protocol) are posted on the Forum. The Seconds are gonna move to the Wiki soon. 
Zedkins meets at the Zedkins hall in region [[Zen]], if not specified other wise.

## Missed Meetings, Inattendence and Strikes:
### After 4 missed meetings without prior excuse, members are considered inactive and are removed as Zedkins member.

# Disruptive or annoying behavior such as making multiple entities, (firing several arrows or constantly dropping items) annoying other members, or generally being disruptive during the meeting is highly discouraged. The Host most issue a warning to the disruptive member first, but if this behavior is continued, a strike may be issued by the Host.
# Unless it's a special meeting and approved prior, Zedkins meetings are not to be longer than 2 hours, including breaks. Everything else will be postponed for the next meeting or discussed on the forum.

Zedkins will focus on the Zurvival Community and organize projects around the Nether, the End and the newest region. Furthermore, changes of the zerver and other news brought by Zedwick will be a focus of the Zedkins.

Thy glorious and bountiful lady came up with one of the best ideas ever. She wonders if there should be a "topic limit". This links very well with this meeting as Dreadfall made an appearance on many occasions. We put our heads together, I literally did when people appear out of nowhere and push me out of my seat. We decided people should make their topics for vague and there will only be 1 topic per person, unless the director feels it is a topic we need to talk about.

This time dogz will do the writing, (last time I'm doing seconds), Fozzy feels there are things in the welcome books a bit complicated for the newbies and should be broke down into simpler terms. ===Treiskaideka - Stray Animals in Zen===
Treiskaideka recently noticed a stray cat in Zen, and that this needed to be addressed because the owner of the cat has not been online in a long time. In the past, we have dug in stray animals. As if being a stray wasn't hard enough, they were to be buried alive. It was briefly discussed that we kill the animals, further adding to the animal cruelty charges, but it was then discussed that there would be a Zedkins stable to be built. In this stable will be the doggy and kitty daycare, which totally will not be a cold animal prison. Wolfguy_ has offered to be the warden.
 
===Zedwick - Server Instability===
After Zurvival being down today, there was a lot of confusion as to why? Zedwick quickly stated it was a horse, and everyone quickly decided horses should not be motorists. ZZ would crash on start up, creating what was referred to as a "boo boo." ZZ was backed up to the night reboot's backup, which means some players would have had some things reset. This is of great relief to ABParadigm, who did nothing anyway.

After talk of many themes, from medieval to modern art, 20th century to renaissance, and 70's to 90's, it was decided that there would be a theme to shopping district 3. Oh, you thought we decided on a theme? Nope, it's still up in the air! Oh, up in the air would be a cool theme...
