Despite two of their team being from ZZ, the pumpkins pulled it out of the bag, correctly guessing two of the maps with only one piece showing.
\n
\nThere was a mild technical issue in that Spec and Mem had forgotten the solution to one of the puzzles. Thinking of a quick solution, Spec handed mem several of the answer tiles, in the hope that he would realise what the Warp town was. It took a second for Mem to realise he was showing all the pieces on stream, but luckily no-one noticed. #flawlessgameshow
\n
\nScore, Round 1: '''PUMPKINS 27 - MELONS 10'''\n

\n===Round Two===\nROUND TWO was a sort of relay - the team captains had a book listing three items they needed to craft. However, they were told in a verrrrrry roundabout way, taking the form of a haiku, anagram, or terrible advertising slogan for the item. They would tell their team the materials required, their team would have to retrieve them from the hundreds of barrels in the next room. Both teams got all three items correct, with Melons winning the day with the fastest time.
\n
\nScore, Round 2: '''PUMPKINS 57 - MELONS 50'''\n

\n===Round Three===\nROUND THREE had All Of The Points up for grabs in a mad series of mini-challenges.
\n
\nThe first team challenge, players took it in turns to dive into a pool, where their landing spots were then covered with DEADLY BUZZSAWS. It was even stevens for a great length of time but Melons began dropping like fruit tends to when falling from a great height. When all spots were covered, Pumpkins remained unsplatted.
\n'''Winner: PUMPKINS'''\n
\nNext were the individual challenges:\n
\n* iiWolfyy and MasterBoy269 were tasked with growing a bamboo the fastest, with MB's poetry and melon-chucking proving to be the greenest thumb - '''Winner: MELONS'''
\n* DarthDuck84 and SooprJ were challenged to Buy a Zedcoin from Mem at the 'going rate', Soopr being the quickest to retrieve two clay and taking home the Bonus Prize of a legitimate Zedwork Zedcoin. '''Winner - MELONS'''
\n* Captains Mellorian and Dax went head to head to track Spec down, who had escaped into the nether. Mell began with the dubious strategy of running away from the nether portal, but managed to win a second ahead of Dax, who almost died lightspeeding with his elytra. '''Winner: PUMPKINS'''
\n* DannyC and ArthasDeservedIt had the hardest and easiest task - dying quickly, and in the most dramatic way possible. With points for flair, Arthas flew 400 blocks in the air and came down with a crash, but Danny pipped him to the post, naming a creeper to make his death extra special. '''Winner: PUMPKINS'''
\n* Dyerj123 and iij2000x had to go on a mad dash to retrieve a book from the Blutopia Museum, sign it and bring it back - iij won the day with his speedy Melon feet. '''Winner: MELONS'''
\n* DannyC and SooprJ had been tasked with taming a cat, though due to Spec being unable to get the cat out of the box and Danny jumping the starting pistol, this was ruled a draw. Anvil of shame, Danny! '''Winner: Draw''' (booo, anvil of shame)
\n* Dyerj123 and iij2000x faced off again for the final challenge - this time they had to survive the longest in a pit of zombies, no punching allowed. There was much punching and Darth also fell in the pit, so a very normal round. iij lasted longer but was shame anvil'd for violence. '''Winner: Draw''' (boo, anvil of shame)
\n\n
\nOur final task was an all-team task again - they each had 32 blocks and three minutes to get their entire team as high above the ground as possible. Both teams went for a 1x1 pillar approach, with Pumpkins reaching for the sky.\n\n'''Winner: PUMPKINS'''
\n\n==Final Scores==\nWith all the scores tabulated by Spec (and then accidentally put the wrong way round on the board), Pumpkins were revealed as the winners of the inaugural Ready Zeddy Go!
\nFinal Score: '''PUMPKINS 84 - MELONS 59'''
\nThey received glorious prizes, and the all-important bragging rights. As this round from the previous episode was done in a matter of four or five questions, the difficulty was turned up a few notches, and each team now had their own grids to try and solve. Melons managed to guess both of their grids, while Pumpkins were beset upon by many cobble craftings, solving one.
\n
\nThis was also the first official use of the ''Anvil of Shame'', dropped onto iij who tried to take advantage of the Slime Bonus when the doors were shot :O
\n
\nScore, Round 1: '''PUMPKINS 15 - MELONS 21'''\n

\n===Round Two===\nROUND TWO was a form of hide and seek - both teams had one minute to hide in the area of Anzard, and then avoid detection for four minutes. Points were up for grabs for any survivor. While this was meant to be literal, as Mem and Spec were both armed with rocket crossbows, it turns out Mojang had apparently patched that at some point, so the rockets did not do any harm. Only slightly deterred by not getting to murder everyone, they proceeded, simply announcing with their words when someone had been found. At the end of the time, a few remained from each team and everyone returned for the final round.
\n

\n===Round Three===\nROUND THREE had All Of The Points up for grabs in a mad series of mini-challenges.
\n
\nThe first team challenge was an '''Itsy Bitsy Buildoff''' - with a series of words to choose from, one person from each team picked one, without knowing what it could mean. They were shortly given some stone blocks, access to a stonecutter, and three minutes to build a statue for that word. Everyone built at once, and at the end of the time each person had one sentence to prove why their statue beat their opponents.
\n
\n''Word'' - Pumpkin - Melon (Winner in bold)
\nGuardian - '''Payne''' - Jas
\nBird - '''Soopr - iij''' (declared a draw)
\nThong - '''Ben''' - Dax (Dax was originally given the points as Ben had built the ''wrong'' sort of thong, but after a successful guilt-trip this was overturned
\nDog - (none) - '''MasterBoy''' - with uneven numbers, all MasterBoy had to do was impress. Luckily he did, or this would've been dead awkward
\nCat - Dave - ''Mell''
\n
\nA series of team challenges followed:\n* Teams were given three minutes to have any member of their team gain any advancement. There was a little hesitation, and iji tried to bring in a new player to the team (which was rejected), but with a few seconds to spare Ben had managed to craft a how and plant some seeds, gaining the advancement ''A Seedy Place'', and securing points for the Pumpkins. After that, teams got an update on the scores, showing pumpkins had gained ground.\n
\nScores - '''PUMPKINS 31 - MELONS 34'''
\n
\n* Teams were given buckets of lava and tasked with killing eachother. Unsurprisingly it was over fairly quickly - Melons had two people left standing after burning Payne to death, though Pumpkins were also given some points on account of having fewer players.\n* Teams had three minutes to use pumpkins/melons to make their way across and up an expanse of lava - they didn't have enough to get them across in one go, so strategy and care was needed. Melons took an early lead, and managed to gain first place even with an impressive late-on surge from their opponents. The Pumpkins then did manage to get all their team across with seconds to spare\n* Teams had to dive one by one into a 4x4 grid of water - when they landed, that water block was filled with a ''deadly buzzsaw''. The team to fill their pool in the quickest gained the points; with only two blocks separating them, Pumpkins jumpkin'd to victory\n
\nThe final task was storytime - each team had to tell a story, with each member saying one word at a time. Pumpkins went first, with two minutes to tell their story. Melons went second, but as they'd had \"more time to think about it\", they had less time to work.
\nPumpkins went with a more traditional narrative, while Melons sought out the abstract in a fan favourite:
\n'''Pumpkin:''' There was a large dog who has never eaten a pumpkin pie. however, he has also licked a melon. When suddenly one mellonman, THE END
\n'''Melon:''' Cobble is one a happy one! Cobble is aware not of their stone majesty smooth and pristine beauty and the best federation blckl the girl and boys THE END
\nThe pumpkins were declared the wordsmiths of the day.
\n
\nFinally it was revealed that the winners of the Slime Bonus - both teams were invited to kill any Anzard Slimes they came across and put them into team barrels for extra points. With a total of 3 slimeballs, Pumpkins won this bonus.
\n==Final Scores==\nWith all the scores tabulated by Spec, a dramatic reveal showed an even more dramatic result - with a come-from-behind victory, Pumpkins had win the second episode of Ready Zeddy Go!
\nFinal Score: '''PUMPKINS 55 - MELONS 49'''
\nThey received glorious prizes, and the all-important bragging rights.
