Firstly, You need to go to Forest Hills via the spawn warp!
<br />Once you are at Forest Hills you will need to come out the main spawn building!
<br />There will then be signs telling you the way to go!

To join the shrine you will want to get a sign.
<br />You then place the sign with your name on it on the letter you relate to!
