Dax brought in some festive cheer, hosting at the soon-to-be-location of the Zedwork meal next weekend! We all cosied up in a lil igloo and discussed matters. Darth ceded the floor to LadyBountiful, who had a topic/idea to start us off

===Menu Munches - LadyBountiful===
LadyB is hard at work thinking up a menu for the End of Year meal and opened the floors to some suggestions, while also teasing that the 'nuclear oven' is getting another go! Dax remarked that it's only likely to have gotten safer in the year it's been left alone and unattended. Zed allayed fears by stating it's 'probably all safe now'; Forseth and Lady mused that it may have gone radical. What's for sure, it will probably do something and there will be dulinary delights as always =D Be sure to be there in your cubic forms next Sunday, '''December 18th, 4pm GMT!'''

===A trio of Duck - DarthDuck===
Our favourite sith duck was pleased to report that grief continues to decrease at the beginner farm, and construction for the 'lower' parts of the farm will be starting soon.tm!<br />
In additionl the Wall Decorating event was a great success - there are still a few more walls that could be decorated, should anyone feel their creative juices flowing; Darth reckons that he may pick up the banner again early next year to finish off those last blank canvases. We recommend you take a gander around to see the new work that's been done to jazz up the area =D< br/>
Last but not least, clearing the area under the beginner farm to make way for expansion will at some point intersect the old mining area - a spaghetti maze of tunnels and caves. How to mark this out clearly so any volunteers don't get lost? He clarified that this doesn't intersect with the 'old market' that also exists nearby (under the market). LadyB offered her aid in filling in the mine to stop any helpful people getting caught out; Spec suggested marking out a border so players would know where to dig without getting too carried away. Several people volunteered their picks/bows/axes to the effort.<br />
Darth's plan for the extension is a simple farm for newer players to use, perhaps with water elevators and colour coding for the different floors, alongside a redesign of the entryway rails to have the 'station' be right at the head of the hotel. Super fancy plans! If you have a pick that is in need of swinging at some rocks, give Darth a shout! But be quick, cause Spec will be eyeing it up soon ;D<br />
In the meantime Darth will get his artistic nous on to try and draw up a design for people to see of the new plans! 

===Festive Fun - Dax23333===
Dax put out a general invitation for anyone feeling both seasonal and decorative to put their skills on offer for the area of the end of year meal happening next Sunday, Dec 18th 4pm GMT. He suggested having some small interactive games (eg parkour, connect 4, 'whatever takes your fancy') could be fun; any and all frivolity welcome. <br />
There will be a warp set up by the nether portal for ease of access; do feel free to take a look and add some of your own flair to the place ahead of the event =D Several other games were suggested (musical minecarts? Red light/green light with a jolly santa? Snowball-dartboard?) Any and all ideas welcomed by our organisers - "If we can make it work, then make it happen".<br />
