===New Commands===
Zed has been adding some new features to LVS; commands that can help players know how long they have played, the rules, and much more.

===Jail System===
Dax wanted to know if the jail system could be changed so that players were informed on how to appeal their ban. Zed is not going to do this, as it acts as a filter, people who actually want to play on the server will generally search the server up, to find out if they can appeal.

===Sub Mayors===
CurryOnToast mentioned on the forums, an idea of 'Sub Mayors'. Sneaky brought the topic up, and the council spoke for a while about it. The idea got great feedback, we may need to raise this topic again next meeting to come to a final decision, and start organising it.

===Server Promotion===
The council had a long chat about Server Promotion. Some ideas came up, Zed told us what he is planning to do about it. Zed said he is not going to promote LVS to much, as there is not much room for expansion, whilst running a vanilla server, it is much more difficult than a Spigot/Bukkit server for example. He also stated that he may have a look at the Zedwork blog, may give it a re-design.

===The New Warp, and Minigames===
The new warp was mentioned yet again, but Zed has been very busy, therefore he hasn't had time to set it up. Hopefully it will come along soon :) (Same for Minigames)

===Agenda Clear-Up===
Gemini mentioned the latest agenda, and how it was turning into a conversation. Most people agreed that it is probably best to answer some stuff on the forums, and re-iterate them in the meeting, to save time.

===Nominations===
Werble23 was renominated into the council, as he has returned to Zedwork! ^_^
