===Anvils===
SwayLight brought to light that players have not been re-placing used anvils in the End farm. SwayLight suggests people need to learn to bring anvils with them. Everyone was in unanimous agreement with SwayLight. From this point on everyone must supply their own anvils. OneEyedTurtle says she will be placing signs in the End farm informing people of the new policy

===Respect===
In addition to the anvil issue, SwayLight brought up a problem she has been having with fellow Zedlings. She believes that players have not been treating new players with the respect they deserve. Saying that many players say things such as, "how long do you think they'll last? Let's bet."

Again, most of the council agreed with SwayLight. To add to this some think that showing new players !totalbans is a little intimidating.

Some solutions to these problems were suggested by the council. Zedwick informed us that, "Yes I planned to add a reminder about just that to the chat following the welcome them messages." Councilmember __Lauryns__ suggested, "I think we can all spread the word," in reference to respecting new players more.

Along with this lack of respect some councilmembers thought that a more clear message needs to be sent to jailed players. This message would outline exactly how to appeal, as well as telling zedlings to respect the jailed player. Innocent until proven guilty(usually).

===Justice===
Next up was your's truly, me, Werbs. Werble23 brought up a topic that was met with quite a bit of controversy. Zedwork's justice system. Werble23 felt that the system has no standard system, punishing different players differently when commiting the same exact crime. Some councilmembers felt the same way about the system. On the other hand, some councilmembers believe otherwise. This remained a relatively split topic. Werble23 decided to publish a forum post detailing his ideas and plans. BigBuilderAl suggested a standardized list of crimes and their following punishments.

===Pranks===
Pranking is brought up again. It appears a minority of players either overdo their pranks or are overly sensitive. To combat this Zedwick proposes a system to create a !prank -esque profile. This'll allow someone to voice easily whether or not they welcome pranking. A forum post will be made by someone to go into more detail.

!prank system will not be avaible soon. Other arrangements should be made until then for signing up for pranks and providing a standard set of rules for acceptable pranks.

Going once... Going twice... It's open! __Lauryns__ announces that the auction house located in the market has officially re-opened!

Ladybountiful will be holding a build-off competition on Sunday Sepetember 20th, starting at 4 PM BST. There will be a warp available from spawn. For more info: [http://zedwork.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1759]

Ladybountiful also mentioned that previous winning builds are now beginning to appear at spawn, these are available for all to go look at.

===Redstone School===
